Ordering & Payment

You can place an order up until 3pm the day before delivery. I.e. if you order before 3pm on Tuesday, we will deliver to you on on Wednesday.

You can change your order up until 3pm the day before your nominated delivery date, however this is not possible online. Please call us and speak to somebody to make any changes.

You can cancel your order up until 3pm the day before your nominated delivery date, however this is not possible online. Please call us and speak to somebody to cancel any orders.

If we are in the unfortunate position where we cannot provide you with what you have ordered, we will provide you with an alternative of equal or greater value.

We aim to inform you of this in advance, although this may not always be possible.

For online orders, we accept all major Cards (incl. Amex) & PayPal payments.

If you visit us in store, we also accept Cash.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect orders received before 3pm can be collected the following day. If you place an order and would like to collect same day, please call us, as this is almost always possible.


Please select a delivery date when you check out. We deliver daily, Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

We are currently unable to provide precise timeslots. Please include any special delivery notes with your order.

We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Orders need to have been received the day before by 3pm.

Note: Tuesday deliveries need to be placed by 3pm Saturday, since the shop is closed Sunday and Monday.

Where possible we try to use recyclable packaging for your products. We ship our orders in a box or bag with each item/s packed individually. Our boxes may not always be cooled, for instance when you are in and accept the delivery on the doorstep.

We care for the environment, so where possible we will use packaging that can be recycled. Where we cannot, we try to limit usage.

If you are not in when we attempt to deliver, we will leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can mention any specific instruction at checkout.

We will package your order in a cool box which will keep your products at fridge temperature for between 24-48hrs.

At present we deliver to the following Post Codes: BH20, BH19, BH18, BH17, BH16, BH15, BH14, BH13, BH12.

If you live outside of our delivery area and would love to shop with us, please tell us. We are looking into utilisation of couriers to make deliveries further afield.

For every £1 spent you will receive 1 point. 1 point has a monetary value of 0.02p. Which means you earn money every time you shop with us. 50 points can be used to claim a £1 discount on your order. This can be used in conjunction with other offers.
