Our Butchers Meatballs (also known traditionally as Faggots) are made up of any trim that is cut surplus during the butchery process. So waste is minimised the meat trim is minced together with our seasoning, rolled into balls and cooked to create the Butchers Meatball. A really tasty snack or push to boat out and try with peas and mash potato.
