Cambozola is made by combining Camembert and Gorgonzola (which is one of the oldest known Blue cheeses), hence its name. This soft blue Cheese is absolutely gorgeous on the Cheese board and will become a firm favourite. Pair with apples, grapes and pears and serve with a glass of chilled Chardonnay.
