Made at Maryland Farm, Somerset, Barber’s Haystack Cheddar Cheese is a tasty everyday mature Cheddar produced from local top-quality pasteurised grass fed cow’s Milk. Ivory in colour with a clean flavour and aroma. A good firm body with close texture the Cheese is great for cutting, slicing and grating. Maturity 8-14 months.
